Point of contact under the Digital Services Act

support@typical.cloud is our single point of contact under Art. 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 for users and under Art. 11 for authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services. A person answers there; nobody has to make do with an automated system.

The languages of communication are German and English.

Consumer dispute resolution

The European Commission's platform for online dispute resolution was discontinued on 20 July 2025. We therefore no longer point to it.

We are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Liability for content

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content under the general laws. Under §§ 7 et seq. DDG, however, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances indicating unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is possible only from the point at which a specific infringement becomes known. On becoming aware of such infringements we remove the content promptly.

Our offering contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no influence. We can therefore accept no responsibility for this third-party content. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the content of the linked pages.

Content and works created by the operators are subject to German copyright law. Third-party contributions are marked as such. Content written by users within the game remains theirs.
